When you imagine your ideal outdoor living space, there are likely many different elements that come to mind.
If your vision includes perfectly green grass, Webby can meticulously design your sprinkler system to ensure every inch of your lawn is watered efficiently. Too much water can cause wet, muddy patches, and too little can dry things out in the middle of summer. If you're envisioning a nice area to enjoy summer BBQs, we can provide the design and construction of a beautiful patio. From flagstone to pavers or decomposed granite picnic areas, our knowledgeable masonry team can recommend the right materials for your project's ideal aesthetic and functionality. Boulder benches, or folding chairs? Sunken fire pit, or raised fire pit? Metal edging, or no edging at all? Webby Landscaping will help answer these questions and and more so you can feel confident in the landscaping process and the finished results.

Answers to Frequently Asked Landscaping Questions
Planning and implementing a landscape provides unique challenges, both in terms of logistics and the physical construction. Webby Landscaping is here to help.
Will you help us design our outdoor space?
Yes! Our team has years of experience designing landscapes. One of our specialties is coming up with solutions to meet your budget and your desired look. Ask us about our design package options (see our design page here), ranging from a color rendered plan, to a 3D rendering.
How much does a landscape usually cost?
Prices vary depending on scope of a job. The scope is different for every customer, and depends on the size of the yard and home. Without seeing your yard (and answering a basic question online), we can give you some simple answers. The more basic a yard is, the cheaper it will be. Sod, hydroseeding, and sprinklers are your more basic and budget friendly items; while hardscaping, firepits, retaining walls, and nursery materials always add more to your price. The more dirt work required (grading and moving rocks), the more expensive your project will get.
How do you ensure that a patio will not become uneven over time?
By not cutting corners! The most important aspects of a patio, whether it is stone or paver, not becoming uneven over time is making sure water has the ability to drain, and also making sure the compaction is up to standards. As the ground freezes and thaws, it will expand and contract, causing the stone or pavers on the top to become uneven. Making sure water can drain correctly is important to help suppress the ground expanding and contracting as it freezes and thaws. Also, making sure the base material, (material below the stone or pavers), is compacted correctly and thoroughly is another way to ensure that pavers and stonework will not become uneven over time.
What is the difference between pavers and natural stone?
Pavers, which are made out of specially formulated cement, have a high compressive strength, making them a great choice for driveways, walkways, and patios. Pavers are perfectly level, which can make them a safer, more even surface for patios or walkways, as well as easier to shovel snow from. Natural stone is what it sounds like — stones quarried from the earth as huge blocks, and cut into smaller pieces. Natural stone is highly durable, able to withstand harsh elements. It can also be more easily reused, should a hardscaping project change years later. For some, natural stone is a more aesthetically pleasing choice, as it blends with nature. Both choices have pros and cons to consider, and we can help you understand the distinctions, and choose which is right for your landscape project.
